iNautix India Earns Level 3 technology certification in eSourcing Capability Model for Service Providers from Carnegie Mellon University -January
iNautix India has earned a Capability Level 3 certification from the IT Services Qualification Center (ITSqc) at Carnegie Mellon University. The eSCM-SP is a best-practice framework developed by Carnegie Mellon to help organizations manage and reduce their sourcing risks and improve their capabilities. It comprises 84 best practices across ten capability areas: Knowledge Management, People Management, Performance Management, Relationship Management, Technology Management, Threat Management, Service Transfer, Contracting, Service Design and Deployment, and Service Delivery.

Pershing Receives American Financial Technology Award for Best Counterparty Risk Initiative -December
Pershing has been honored with an American Financial Technology Award for "Best Counterparty Risk Initiative." Pershing was recognized as part of the fifth annual American Financial Technology Awards program honoring excellence in financial Information Technology. Pershing was recognized for the installation and deployment of Actimize's anti-money laundering, trade and sales practices monitoring solution. Actimize, which is based in New York, is the world's largest and broadest financial crime, risk and compliance solutions provider. The delivery of Actimize at Pershing was the first time this solution was delivered to multiple customers through a single implementation.

The Bank of New York Mellon's Pershing Unit Assessed at P-CMM® Level 3 for People Management Processes -December
Pershing LLC, a subsidiary of The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation, today announced that its global technology development group is among the first within the U.S. financial services industry to be assessed at People Capability Maturity Model® (P-CMM®) Level 3 for its people management processes. The assessment is based on standards developed by the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) at Carnegie Mellon University.
This achievement affirms that Pershing's technology development group and its iNautix Technologies Private Limited affiliate have implemented robust standards that continuously focus on enhancing how it manages and develops its workforce and integrates workforce development with process improvement to establish a culture of excellence. Continuous process improvement is an integral component of Pershing's culture.

iNautix has been assessed as a Level 5 SW-CMM organization, a maturity framework from Carnegie Mellon university that focuses on providing software organizations with guidance on how to gain control of their processes for developing and maintaining software and how to evolve toward a culture of software engineering and management excellence. iNautix is one of the first companies within the U.S. financial services industry to be assessed at Software Capability Maturity Model® (SW-CMM®) Level 5 for its software development process, the highest level recognized by the SEI. Pershing's technology development group consists of more than 2,100 technology associates worldwide.
